Dear Mr. Adams,

Sequel to your advert placed on the Grand Canyon Elementary School, Jacksonville, FL website on the 20th of July, 2017, I hereby write to indicate my interest in applying for the position of Elementary School Teacher (Grade 4). My zeal, passion and experience in dealing with elementary school students over the years gives me utmost confidence that I am on a good pedestal to perform optimally.

I have 20 years’ worth of invaluable experience under my belt. I rose through the ranks from being a substitute teacher to finally becoming a full student teacher.
